Capital Talk is a current events debate television program hosted by Hamid Mir that airs on GEO News. From its website: As Pakistan is a country where with advent of new day we see a new political development so it brings into forefront those political developments in such a manner so that it is conveyed to the common man in a simple man. The format of the show it includes a panel of renowned personalities who participate in a dialogue which contributes towards reaching feasible and practical solutions. Going along with the principle that there are two sides of every picture, Capital Talk helps you discover both these sides. Capital Talk is not like other political talk shows which only highlight the developments in political sphere but its a program which also explores the social issues having a clear impact on our social lives. PROBLEM:-AS everyone knows that mobile services are blocked in DIKhan since 10 months..The people of DIK are facing a great trouble. Now especially due to flood PTCL land lines are affected very badly. Peoples have no means of communication to contact their relatives..plz highlight this issue to compel government to reopen the telecom services .thanks From: People of DIKhan

I'm from Sialkot and m want to say you please take a review of our town road. Its 14 years old and there is no sign of its construction in future. The condition of the road is very bad. The MNA is Abdulsttar of MLN. He promised to for its construction at the time of elections but now there is nothing to see it. Please have a review of it and then you know what the condition of this road. The population of our village is about 60 thousand. But have no road.

Please call Big leader of ANP & ask them why they opposed the "KALA BAGH DAM"? If this dam is there hopefully we dont have this panic situation due to flood. All Khayber province is destroyed by the wrong & negative policies of ANP leaders. They are very happy from the name change of the province but doing nothing for the nation. If we have dams we ahve water resources to get cheap eleciticity. But Who will understand this in Pakistan, i dont think any bright light in coming future. But i believe one thing we are going toward a great victory which require lot of challenges. But i am sure this victory will come without the current politicians Including PMN (N) , (Q),ANP. JUI, JI, & specially PPPP.

Dear Hamid Mir, First of all i would like to appreciate your always effort on national issues. Since log time i wanted to put some suggestion/request as follows. I am not sure that these may fit in your prgramme format. 1) Since lot of major incidents happened in Pakistan specifically terrorist attacks,major corruption cases.To investigate such events our Government has made several committees .In this regard, i would like you to start a prgramme to follow up with these committees as we want to know what happened with all those investigations done by committees. 2) Like wise , is it possibel to follow up major national cases with Judiciary.What natioanl cases are pending ,what has decided, My third suggestion/request to play patriotic songs everyday on your channels.I think these days we need this alot to awake national spirit in our nation.I would like to play songs of unity among nation One dose of these songs needed every hour to cure our sick nation I am not sure how far is it possible for you to act on my suggestion and to access relevant informations. But i wanted to express these suggestions. .
