Haji Ghulam ahmad Bilour (b. december 1939) is a senior vice President in the awami National Party (ANP) and present Federal minister of local government in Pakistan. a present and former two time Federal Minister in Pakistan, he has played a significant role in the aNP and its predecessor, the National awami Party.
Bilour got his early education from the Khudad Model School and Islamia School Peshawar. He did his intermediate from Edwards College and got married soon afterwards. as a youth, Bilour participated in the election campaign of Fatima Jinnah. He, however, joined active politics from the platform of the awami National Party (ANP) in the 1970s and ever since has remained with the nationalist party.
A Hindko speaker, he was a close associate of non-violent Pakhtun leader Bacha Khan he has been elected from Peshawar as Member of the National assembly four times. He is also a prominent businessman in Peshawar. The eldest of four brothers, his family is one of many political dynasties in the North-West Frontier Province.
Ghulam Bilour is believed to be an aspirant for the party leadership after the present President asfandyar Wali Khan completes his term in office.

I knew ghulam from my childhood. His father Bilour din used to sit on his dhaki dalgran store. They used to live Gunj and later lahori gate.\\r\\nGhulam lost his only son during shoot out with PPP. He is most unfortunate person in peshawar. He lived within poor people of peshawarites but he did not do anything for their benefit. He bought all cinema house in the city and rumours were that blue movies were shown to earn money.\\r\\n \\r\\nGhulam stll has some time left in his life to do something which may help his after death life.\\r\\n \\r\\nImran khan''s building a cancer hospital is an example for him. His brother bashir bilore has killed an innocent youth of PPP who misbehaved with him during election compaign.\\r\\n \\r\\nAllah justice prevailed when ghulam''s only son got killed (during shoot out with PPP leader qamar abbas) paying price for killing an innocent youth of 16 years old.\\r\\n \\r\\nMay Allah give them wisdom to do justice with the poor people of their city.
