Mr Tajjudin was happy. You have shown excellent performance. However, I agree with Mr Bizenjo that a middle class should emerge while keeping the traditional ethos intact. Leaders like you should go to the province and give expositions to them on international matters. The nature of mineral wealth is different from agricultural wealth. The former has much corrupting aspects, and we can learn from Kuwait etc. This wealth is finite and belongs not just to the whole pakistan, but also the whole Ummah in some ways to share. If the provinces are given free control over them, the weak middle class may start trading it with the outside world. Already, the USA has created such a system in iraq. The urgent solution is to give one child per family from Baluchistan, based on capability and loyalty to family, the admission to universities in all other provinces on the bond that they go back and serve the province. We need to give preference to baluchs to fix the wrongs.
